At ABYSS Headphones, we strive for perfection in every sonic detail; if you are not completely satisfied with your high-fidelity experience, you may return your eligible products within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, mint condition with all packaging and accessories included to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official portal or email us with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your headphones in their original luxury packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior.
- 3.Ship to ABYSS
Send your return via a trackable and insured shipping service to our New York facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will perform a detailed quality inspection, and approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
